You should have a read of WP:Categorization before attempting to create any new categories - they are purely for organising existing articles and so shouldn't contain things like URLs - or much text at all really. You should also note that Wikipedia applies NOFOLLOW to all links, so including URLs in Wikipedia pages will make no difference to their attractiveness to search engines.
